Project Overview

Clear Creek Basin Gravity Sanitary Sewer Improvements consists of the survey, design and permitting of gravity sanitary sewer to serve the upper end of the Clear Creek Basin in eastern Mecklenburg County. The line will consist of approximately 20,000 feet of gravity sewer upstream of the proposed pump station site where Clear Creek crosses Bartlett Road. This project is being designed in conjunction with a Developers Consortium, which is responsible for the design of the pump station.
