Land Use Projections

Land use information is based upon the land use plan provided by the Town of Mint Hill and by the Mint Hill Planning Department. The total area draining to the system is 3,420 acres. Of this total, 461 acres (13%) is proposed to be industrial, 302 acres (9%) commercial, and the remainder, 2,657 acres (78%), is proposed to be residential.
