We recommend using an ftp program to access our ftp server.
The address for the CESI FTP server is:
ftp://ftp.cesiworld.com

If you are trying to use Internet Explorere, the following configurations may be needed if your browser does not immediately prompt you for username and password:

In IE:
Under Internet Options:
-Security:
cesiworld.com should be added to trusted sites
-Advanced:
"Enable folder view for FTP sites" should be checked
"Use Passive FTP (for firewall and DSL modem compatibility)" should be unchecked

A Refresh of the ftp page may be necessary if you are still getting "This page can not be displayed" error after these settings are configured.

Advanced Troubleshooting:
If you are behind a firewall it may be necessary to open ports 20 and 21.
