Concord, North Carolina
Description: This 100 acre, 6,000-seat facility was developed in 2 phases and accommodates a variety of family shows, concerts, and sporting events, with 2,500 parking spaces for patrons. CESI was involved early on in the project, working with the County on parcel selection, preparing and presenting the Conditional Use Permits and conceptual schematics. CESI provided planning and design services for the facility including boundary survey platting, site plan, vertical design, utility plan, grading plan, erosion control, storm water plans including detention in an existing water feature, jurisdictional coordination for required permits, landscape architecture, and inspections.
