Description: A 69.4 acre Mixed Use development located within the Critical Watershed for Fisher Lake. The Master Plan incorporated Low Impact Development (LID) principles which yielded a lot mix of 93 residential lots, 60 town homes, 33 single family estate lots, and 10 commercial lots averaging 2 acres or greater. The scope of services included environmental assessment (including wetlands), Phase I ESA, roadway design for 8100 linear feet of internal roadways and infrastructure, traffic impact analysis, off site right of way improvements and turns lanes, boundary and topographic surveys, and design of storm water quality and detention structures in a sensitive watershed.
