Description: F & M Bank, chartered in 1909 has progressively evolved from a two person staff at one location within a small community to a multiple county bank with the help of CESI’s performance. The first bank was located in Rowan County and F& M recently opened a ninth full service branch in Cabarrus County.

Linsco/Private Ledger is the registered broker/dealer, a member of NASD/SIPC. According to F & M’s website as of March 31, 2004 F& M reported more than $395 million in total assets.
