Description: CESI provided professional services for 224,000 sq. ft facility with a student capacity of 1500. The CESI provided the initial survey of the 105 acre site. Over 60 acres were developed for construction of the high school, parking and access pavements, and athletic fields. Soft, wet, highly plastic soils necessitated careful oversight by the geotechnical engineering staff to facilitate site grading, while minimizing the amount of removal and replacement. Our efforts helped maintain balanced site grading under very difficult conditions. CESI provided the following services during the design and construction phases of this project.
