Recently CESI assisted our company in developing an extended stay hotel in North Charleston, South Carolina. The project was challenging because our site is located in area without an adequate public storm drainage system. CESI developed a sophisticated but affordable storm water management plan that avoided negative post-development impacts on the neighboring sites. Further, CESI did an outstanding job of working with the local and state authorities to gain their approval of the plan.
