CESI provides full service zoning and variance support. From the time a client considers a rezoning, variance or annexation request until that request has been acted upon by the municipality CESI provides support starting with the preliminary meeting with municipal staff, through the application process to the presentation of the request to the respected governing body every aspect of the process is managed by our staff. Our services include, preparation of all applications, supporting documents and presentations. CESI works closely with the municipal staff to insure that the process provides for both the client need and is consistent of the Land Use Plan and Codes of the municipality.
